We received an order for a custom round end table and we liked the end result so much we decided to make several more, each with different top woods and leg treatments. The one on the left above we gave to our son Zeph and daughter-in-law Jenn on their recent wedding in Denver. The one on the right uses naturally grown cedar sweeps that you'll occasionally find in the Adirondack Forest.
On the left, a cute little end table with a hand-planed pine top with the rough bark still attached, cedar legs. Center, Zeph & Jenn's table top showing the curly maple figure and hand-carved edge. to the right an early pair of end tables that we've grown somewhat attached to and now use in our bedroom. They have yellow birch legs and beautiful, spalted curly maple tops. another run of 4 end tables is in the works. Two we need for our guest bedroom and the other two will be available. Watch this site for their debut. |
